Product Introduction

In piping systems, the CF-type (VSSJAFG) single-flange force‑transmitting coupling is used to connect to equipment such as valves and pumps on one side, while on the other side it is welded to the pipeline. The pipeline and equipment are then connected in series to the coupling via fully threaded bolts, secured with nuts to form a unified assembly that accommodates a certain amount of displacement. During installation, the spacing can be adjusted according to on-site dimensions. In service, the coupling provides a rigid connection between the pipe and the coupling, effectively transferring axial thrust throughout the entire pipeline, thereby offering a degree of protection to equipment such as pumps and valves. Additionally, it offers sufficient expansion and contraction capacity to facilitate adjustments and maintenance of the piping system. It is primarily used in pressurized pump rooms, valve pits, and similar locations.

Suitable for connecting pipelines conveying water, oil, gas, slurries, and particulate media, this product complies with the technical requirements specified in GB/T12465-2017.

Construction and Materials

Note: For VSSJAFG single-flange force‑transmitting joints with a nominal diameter greater than DN300, it is recommended to use steel structural components as a whole. If there are specific material requirements (e.g., stainless steel, etc.), please specify in advance.
