Flow Channel Optimization and Low Drag
The horizontal-axis design features a smoother lower end of the valve body’s flow passage, reducing media flow resistance (with a flow resistance coefficient close to that of a straight pipe), making it particularly suitable for water transmission and applications involving particulate media in large-diameter pipelines (DN200–DN2400). Its full-bore design eliminates diameter reduction, thereby lowering system energy consumption.
Double-sealed and zero-leak
The eccentric design ensures that the ball only contacts the valve seat at the moment of opening and closing, reducing wear. When paired with a metal hard seal or an elastic sealing ring (such as PTFE), it achieves bidirectional zero-leakage sealing and is suitable for high-pressure applications (PN10–PN40) and corrosive media.
Pressurized Opening and Closing with Low Torque
The eccentric rotary design causes the ball to automatically disengage from the valve seat when opening and to be wedge‑tightened when closing, significantly reducing operating torque (by 30%–50% compared to conventional ball valves) and enabling operation under pressure.
Online Maintenance and Long Lifespan
The side-mounted design allows for the replacement of sealing components without dismantling the pipeline. Combined with wear‑resistant materials such as Cr‑Mn‑Si alloys and a self‑cleaning function, the service life can exceed 100,000 cycles.
