The pressure steel pipe bellows expansion joint and associated equipment have successfully passed factory acceptance.

Recently, the factory acceptance inspection for the bellows expansion joints and associated equipment of the pressure steel pipes for the KB1/KB2 Hydropower Station project in West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, was successfully held. The purchaser conducted a comprehensive inspection of the equipment manufactured by our company, as well as a thorough review of the relevant documentation.

The acceptance team rigorously inspected each critical parameter—including product appearance quality, geometric dimensions, weld bead formation, anti-corrosion coating, sealing performance, and pressure-withstand testing—in strict accordance with the contract requirements, design drawings, and industry standards such as DL/T 5751 and SL/T 432. In addition, they conducted a meticulous review of the factory delivery documentation, test reports, and quality certification documents. Following on-site testing and comprehensive evaluation, all performance indicators of the delivered equipment were found to meet the design and operational requirements, thereby successfully passing the factory acceptance inspection.
